Watch List

The Watch List feature notifies you when someone bids on the auctions that you have added to your Item Watch List. You can have a quick view of your favourite auctions, their ending date and see who bid on them.

Bidding Process

To run the auction bids on an item, type in your lowest bid amount in the box next to the item description, and click the "bid" button. Your bid must be below the bid amount shown in the box (if it isn't your bid will not be accepted). You will be prompted by the window to confirm the bid amount. Fill in your user name and the password and click "Submit" to complete your bid.

Please note: Lowest bid and Oltiby bid are the same thing. To place the reverse auction bids, just enter the minimum amount you are ready to accept for the item being purchased. The bids will be automatically placed for you by our system until it reaches the minimum amount you posted. Using Oltiby bidding you can still win a sale for up to your lowest amount. Your minimum bid in only placed when a competing bidder bids the same or lower amount. Keep in mind that if some other bidder has the minimum amount set lower then yours, you will be automatically outbid because your bid is not low enough to beat the earlier minimum bid.

Notification List

BidAuction Watch is your assistant to keep an eye on auctions, which are opened pertaining to your keywords. To use this feature, insert keyword(s) into the BidAuction Watch list that you are interested in. When these keywords appear in a title or description of the posted ad, you will receive an e-mail informing you that the auction bids have been opened containing your keyword(s). You may also add a user's nickname and if that user opens an auctioning process you will get notification by e-mail. All keywords must be separated by a space when entering into your BidAuction Watch list.
