Registration

Creating an account is free, which allows you to browse all categories freely. The services that are free of charge include:

1. Posting an ad

2. Publishing the picture (up to 2)

3. Highlight listings

4. Creating your own MyBuyBlog page

5. Inviting sellers to your auction

In order to become a participating member we will require credit card information. The only time you will be charged a nominal fee is when your auction is successful (when your "posted ad" has at least 2 bids from two or more different sellers).

To create an account, click "Become a Member Now" on the left navigation template bar. Then complete the required fields on the registration form, including a valid email address, password, and unique Used-Id name. Once you have completed the form, click "Register".

Registration information will be used in accordance with the Oltiby's Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 years of age and agree to Oltiby's Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, & Rates & Payment Terms.

Changing Account Information

You can change any of your registration information (contact info, categories of interest, email address, or password) from the My Account page once you are signed-in.

Wanted Ad / Orders Revisions and Cancellations

Oltiby will retract or modify posting ads for typing errors only. "Changing your mind," failure to include the picture or text, or other 'buyer's remorse' reasons will not be honored.

Finding Buyers

There are three ways to find buyers at Oltiby:

Browse by Category. Oltiby organizes buyer's ads listings by category. From the category menu bar, choose the product that your are interested in selling. From here you can sort and search for a specific item.

Search. Use the search box at the top right screen to find specific item, product or service. Just type in a word, phrase, brand, etc into the box and click 'find it.' Your request will cause Oltiby to search its databases and display all matching items on the Search Results page.

Contact Oltiby. If your search resulted in no matches, please contact Customer Service. One of our industry experts will be able to assist you.

After the Auction

Once the ad is closed (its closing time has expired), the item is either bought from the lowest bidder or remains unbought because there were no bids.

Winning Bidder. If your (Seller's) bid is the lowest bid at the close of the auction, you win. Winning bidder will be notified via email. The Buyer will also be notified about the outcome of the auction and will receive Sellers' contact information. Buyer will be charged a nominal fee (Oltiby Fee).

Item Not Bought. If the posted ad has only one bid (from a single seller), the Buyer has the option of:
a.) accepting the bidder's price,
b.) closing the auction, or
c.) relisting the auction.
If the Buyer chooses to accept the bid there will be a nominal fee (Oltiby Fee) applied. If the Buyer does not accept an offer, closes the auction or relists the auction, there will be no fees applied. In case there were no bids at all the Buyer is welcome to relist an item (no fees applied).

Special Circumstances

Oltiby Inc understands that some buyers do not have a credit card. If this describes you, you may deposit money into your account. (Please send us a check or money order along with your name, address, phone number, and your Oltiby.com username for any amount you wish, and we'll credit your account immediately.) Refund Policy

Your credit card will be credited:
1.) If the seller fails to deliver you the product or service.
2.) If you have returned the product to the seller (proof of return will be required)
3.) If the item delivered was damaged and the seller did not send you a replacement.

Please note: Some banks will post the credits 7 to 10 day after the transaction has occurred. Please call your credit card issuing bank to find out how long it takes for a transaction to appear on the account.

Account Cancellation

If for any reason you wish to cancel the account you have with Oltiby, please contact us. We will send you an email with cancellation instruction. Upon cancellation, all your personal data, including the credit card information, will be deleted from our system.
