3. 3. Click on the "Buy An Item" link on any page.
4. 4. Complete and submit the "Buy An Item" form.

How To Post An Item For Online Auction?

Category: Select a category where you plan on placing your want ad.

Title/Item Name: Enter the title or short description of the item you are purchasing. No HTML

Gallery/Picture: If you want you can display the picture of the item. This feature is optional, however we strongly recommend you to place the picture, so the sellers can visualize and understand your needs (a picture is worth a thousand words). There will be no fee applied.

Reverse Online Auction Duration: Enter the maximum number of days you wish your item to be auctioned. (select the date from the calendar)

Description: This is the MOST IMPORTANT part of posting an ad and making a good purchase. This is where you need to type a complete description of your item. You must clearly and accurately describe the functionality of the product. The more information and details that you provide in this field, the better the seller will know what item you need. If necessary use the brand name, model, size, material that it is made of and more. We ask you to be honest in your description so you will avoid negative feedback. Caution! You may not link to, post images or other content, or include advertisements for goods or other matter that:

(a) describe items that you are not purchasing from the seller, or
(b) you do not have the right to link to or include a link to that site.

You also may not include any content or images in your listing that are obscene, offensive, harmful to minors, invasive of anyone's privacy, or otherwise inappropriate.

Quantity to purchase: Simply enter the quantity of items you wish to purchase at auction.

Your Starting Bid: If you want the bidding to start at a certain price you need to put it in here. This will set the Starting bid at the price you specify.

!! To grab attention and get the auction going, you might consider setting the initial maximum price a little higher than you think the item will eventually be bought for. If your maximum price is too low, people may not bid on your ad. However, keep in mind that the maximum price you specify indicates the maximum amount you will pay for the item, so set your initial price wisely !!

Payment Methods: Select a type of payment method that you will use for purchasing the product. You may select one or multiple payment methods.

Who pays for shipping? Select who will bear shipping and insurance expenses (you or the seller). Also, choose what shipping method should be used (UPS, DHL, Fedex, USPS, etc...)

Spam. You may not spam Oltiby Reverse Online Auction site, including:

(a) posting any listings where you request from users to contact you to conduct sales transactions outside Oltiby.com or otherwise advertise within a listing; or
(b) sending unsolicited commercial mailings to members of Oltiby.com.

Adult-oriented materials. You may not list any adult-oriented products, including but not limited to pornographic videos and magazines, sexual bondage products, sex toys, sexual fetish items, etc.
